Inspired by my personal yoga journey, I decided to name these class types Valley, Mountain, Peak, and Sky to show the difference in physical intensity within each class and to also express the possible progression of the student. Each phase is valuable and creates a unique picture.

valley vinyasa
A breath-centric, steady pace vinyasa class with foundational poses suitable for a beginner of yoga asana. Simple transitions between poses and there is an emphasis of anatomical cues and static holds.
mountain vinyasa
A breath-centric vinyasa class with foundational poses that lead to a peak pose suitable for an intermediate yoga asana practitioner. Creative transitions and emphasis of anatomical cues and static holds.
peak vinyasa
A breath-centric vinyasa class with foundational and peak poses that is suitable for an intermediate to advance yoga asana practitioner. Creative and intricate transitions to harness balance and strength. Introduction of arm balances and inversions with emphasis of static holds.
sky vinyasa
A breath-centric vinyasa class with foundational and peak poses that is suitable for an advance yoga asana practitioner. Creative and intricate transitions to harness balance and strength. Advance arm balances, inversion transitions, and static holds.
