Day 24: Mobility Flow

Duration: 30 minutes
Props: 2 blocks, yoga strap
Mobility is important to add in after a strength training workout! Today you will be working on your range of motion in your shoulders. This ball and socket joint is the most mobile in your body. I will lead you through a flow that focuses on shoulder extension, flexion, as well as internal and external rotation. Throughout class I encourage you to bring your awareness to your shoulders as you notice the subtle differences in each stretch. You’ll work towards the peak pose, Camel (Ustrasana). Let’s get flowin’.
