Intro: 30-Day Power Yoga Program

Hey there! You are on your way to 30 days of a consistent power yoga practice! This program is best suited for an intermediate student who understands the foundational asanas and has a pre-existing vinyasa yoga practice. If you have a current home practice or would like to start one, then you’ve come to a good place! A home practice has been a part of my routine since I started my yoga and strength journey.
