Mindful Movement is a slower pace, vinyasa flow that emphasizes breath, body awareness, and the use of props. Today, we will work on hip awakening poses while stretching the glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings. I’ll also teach you one of my favorite grounding techniques at the beginning of class and we will finish with a brief seated meditation.
