Mindful Movement is a slower pace, vinyasa flow that emphasizes breath, body awareness, and the use of props. This week’s theme is elevate! You have been working your way through the body from your feet and now through the crow of your head. Lots of emphasis of breath and how to use your breath to create a sense of calm in your mind-body. Today you will elevate your hips over your shoulders for dolphin pose. A great posture to help build shoulder, back, and core strength that is needed for inversions.
