Props: rolled towel or yoga strap, 1 block
Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. Lots of hip awakening in today’s practice with poses such as the peak pose Bird of Paradise and Standing Marichyasana. I will call several variations of poses throughout practice so do what’s best for you in the moment. Let’s Flow!
