Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. The peak pose in this flow is Super Solider (Viparita Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana) into Baby Grasshopper as an option. In this sequence you will work on external rotation of your hips and extension of your shoulders. Enjoy your practice!
