Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. This sequence is what I like to think a more traditional flow, so use it as an opportunity to go deeper in your practice by doing conscious breathing throughout the entire hour.
