Day 10: Flexibility Flow

Props: 2 blocks
Flexibility is a counterbalance to yesterday’s strength training. You will be stretching your quadriceps, glutes, and hip flexion flexibility. Place a thick towel underneath your knees if you’d like during the floor postures today. You’ll work towards the peak pose, bow pose (Dhanurasana). This sequence will stretch the your quadriceps, glutes, and you’ll be working on hip flexion flexibility. I will show you one of my favorite ways to work bow pose with two blocks. Remember to listen to your body throughout this practice and do what feels best.
