Mindful Movement is a slower pace, vinyasa flow that emphasizes breath, body awareness, and the use of props. Today, we will work on core awakening drills and counterbalancing with bridge pose. I’ll also teach you some of my favorite ways to incorporate blocks into core work and you’ll complete your practice with conscious breathing. Breath is everything!
