Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. We will continue to work on crow awakening with poses such as crow and side crow. The more that you practice these arm balances, the more intuitive they will feel in your practice! Use your breath to build strength and stamina from within. Enjoy the flow!
