Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. We will continue to work on crow awakening with poses such as crow and side crow. I’ve also sequenced in some dynamic movement to get your energy flowing! Listen for my cues and take child’s pose at any point of your practice. See you on the mat!
