Mindful Movement is a slower pace, vinyasa flow that emphasizes breath, body awareness, and the use of props. Today, we will work on spinal extension and flexion. I will be calling binds during this practice to help open up through the shoulders. You’ll complete your practice with visualization and conscious breathing to aid in relaxation.
