Flexibility is a counterbalance to yesterday’s strength training. Today your main prop for working into spinal extension and shoulder flexion is the wall! I will show you various poses in which you can use the wall to create more intensity in your stretches. You’ll work towards the peak pose, King Pigeon (Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana). This sequence is meant to differentiate the way you experience yoga.
