Day 18: Bow & Wheel Pose Tutorial

Props: 2 blocks, rolled towel
Over the past few days, you’ve been working into your front and back body to go further in your backbends. Now, it’s time to apply that to the peak pose, Bow (Dhanurasana) and Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana). The sequence will begin with a warm-up flow with sequenced postures to prep you for the peak poses. Lots of hip and shoulder extension! I will also show you how to use a rolled towel to work into your shoulders as well as blocks to support and elevate your bow pose. Enjoy your practice!
