Day 19: Power Yoga

Duration: 50 minutes
Props: 2 blocks, yoga strap
Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. We will continue to work on shoulder flexion and spinal extension in the peak pose Dancer (Natarajasana). My favorite way to practice this posture is with a strap. I personally like using both hands for dancer because I feel like I get more out of the pose. Listen to my cues for when to use the yoga strap. Give yourself grace and let’s flow!
