Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. Lots of hip awakening in today’s practice with poses such as Sugar Cane (Ardha Chandra Chapasana) and Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana). In this strong vinyasa flow at any point you can take child’s pose, rest, and then come back into the flow!
