SET 1: 45 seconds on, 20 seconds rest / 2 rounds
SET 2: 45 seconds on, 20 seconds rest / 2 rounds
SET 3: 45 seconds on, 20 seconds rest / 1 round
(the extra 5 seconds of rest will be helpful! haha)
