Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. We will continue to work on hip awakening with poses such as figure four, humble warrior, and frog pose. Listen for my cues on when to use your block for support. Enjoy your practice!
